Celebrated Reggae& Dancehall artist popularly known as Shatta Wale has reacted to the demise of the 73-year-old former President Of Ghana Jerry John Rawlings.
The demise of the former President Rawlings saw the “Low Tempo” hitmaker took to his social media [Facebook] as he lambast some pastors.
According to his post: “I know one Prophet, he will come out and say that he said it on 31st Dec 2019 that a great Ghanaian Hero will die in 2020… He will come p3333!…. We are waiting for them.. Azaaaa asofo),”.
For his part, 2015 Black Entertainment Award winner known as Stonebwoy via his social media handles [Facebook, Twitter, Instagram] expressed how he felt about the demise of the former President.

He added that “Democracy is not realized merely by having a machinery for registering voters and getting them to vote every four years, but also by there being a machinery for identifying the needs of those voters in between the election periods, and monitoring the realization of those needs.” H.E FL. Rawlings was seen as a champion for the poor but came to be criticised for alleged human rights abuses.
He died in the Korle- Bu Teaching Hospital after a short illness.
The son of a Scottish farmer and a Ghanaian mother, Rawlings entered the Ghana Air Force and graduated in 1969.
