The deadly virus, which has recorded 7 cases in Ghana, have seen many patronized the hand sanitizer to aid curb the dangerous virus from contacting one another.
Social media platforms shared a video of a woman who spoke how business was booming ever since the Convid 19 stormed Ghana. According to her, patronage of the sanitizer has made business run smoothly and thanked the President.
Blagogee.com took to the street of Circle a suburb of Accra, where a vendor affirmed that the price for the sanitizer shot up when Ghana recorded the first 2 cases of the Convid 19.
According to him, the distributors sell the sanitizer to vendors at a high price, which it’s not our fault to sell it to customers at a huge price.
He continued that, sanitizers were at first sold for 5gh but now the smallest sanitizer is sold for 15gh and some for 30gh.
“Who should be blamed” when quizzed the vendor? He affirmed that- distributors because they made the price of sanitizer shot up when the deadly virus finally settled in the country.
